Groups of 3-4 carefully chosen for compatibility in group dynamics consisting of 45–60 minutes sessions.
Package of 7 sessions, subsequent weeks, up to 10 weeks/70 days to complete before expiration, access to private FB group indefinitely with weekly video check in from me and group accountability and support.
